Winter is my favorite season. It snows, rains, pours...Scratch that, I live in Southern California. Well, it is my favorite time of the year with that crisp, clean holiday scent, and all the teachers are decked out in ugly Christmas sweaters and pins.

You just can't wrong with No Age. I love everything about this song, it just has an original sound.
5) Crystal Castles- Not in Love
I don't what it is about this! Maybe Robert Smith's vocals and the cool beat in the background? It just reminds me of a freezing, interesting day.
6) The Smiths- Meat is Murder
Is there a need for me to say why I'm in love with this song? All my opinions are in this song.
7) Sonic Youth- Silver Rocket
This song gets me all pumped up for school in the mornings!
8) Tennis- Cape Dory
Brings sunshine to a cold winter's day.
9) Blonde Redhead- Not Getting There
Its just one of those songs that you listen to while sketching and daydreaming in your room.
10) TVTV$- Do You Play the Radio?

Ahhh, Meat is Murder...It's like Morrisey is reading my mind and singing my thoughts out loud. I love the bits about the kitchen- "It's not comforting, cheery or kind...it's sizzling blood and the unholy stench of murder".
