Yesterday, as I was cleaning my room I put on Lykke Li. Then, I put on Sleater-Kinney. I must admit, I've just recently started to listen to Sleater-Kinney. But after listening to them I can proudly say they are one of my favorite bands. I love the lyrics to their songs! Sleater-Kinney, if you read this will you please let me interview you?!
I think Sleater-Kinney is one of those bands you get into and listen to for the rest of your life.

carrie brownstein is now in a band called wild flag, i've heard really good things, but haven't heard too much of them.
i saw corin tucker play in her new band last fall, and well... let's just say sleater-kinney is way more inspiring... IMO. ;) i also got to see sleater-kinney play back when. maybe you can get a bunch of young folks to petition them to tour a lot when they get back together!!!!
